Approach is an online marketplace connecting Users with independent Service Providers across various service categories. The Company does not directly provide services unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts under Kuwaiti law.

3. Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Independent Contractors

All Service Providers operate independently. The Company is not responsible for service quality, disputes, delays, or misconduct by Service Providers.

5. Payments & Commission

Payments are processed through integrated third-party payment gateways. The Company may earn commissions or service fees on transactions.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation rules may vary by service. Late cancellations may result in charges. Platform fees may be non-refundable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not upload illegal content, engage in fraud, harass others, or bypass platform payments. Abuse may result in termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to amounts paid within the last 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Courts of Kuwait have exclusive jurisdiction.
